Each person may hold only one h4444 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different personal details, or through devices registered to other individuals — is strictly prohibited. h4444 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is confirmed, h4444 reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated balances, including real-money deposits, without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your h4444 account. You must keep your login credentials — username or mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your h4444 password with any third party under any circumstances. h4444 support will never request your password during any support interaction. You agree to notify h4444 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You may request closure of your h4444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline prior to account closure. If your account closure request is linked to a self-exclusion decision, the provisions of Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) will apply in addition to standard closure procedures.

All deposits to your h4444 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a money laundering offence under applicable law. h4444 will investigate any transaction where the source of funds appears inconsistent with the account holder's profile.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their h4444 account settings as part of the Platform's responsible gaming framework. Where a player has set a deposit limit, h4444 will enforce that limit technically. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) may be requested at any time by players whose accounts are in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount at h4444 is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance.
h4444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms abuse; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided or has not passed verification; (c) the withdrawal amount appears to include Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements; or (d) h4444 has received a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal directive affecting the account.
h4444 offers various promotional incentives to players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback offers, VIP reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions during PSL cricket seasons and other major sporting events. All bonuses are governed by these General Bonus Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published in the h4444 Promotions section.
Bonus Funds credited to your h4444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Wagering is calculated on the total Bonus Fund amount credited. Games may contribute different percentages of each wager towards the wagering requirement — the contribution rates for all game categories are stated in the individual promotion terms.
All h4444 bonuses carry an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

h4444 is not liable — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from reliance on the Platform's availability where h4444 has no prior commitment to guaranteed uptime; (d) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) losses resulting from force majeure events including telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes h4444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
h4444's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the h4444 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an h4444 account, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a data subject.
h4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h4444 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of h4444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the jurisdiction of h4444's international gaming license. Any dispute between you and h4444 arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to h4444's customer support team via live chat.
